My girlfriend stopped in on a whim and grabbed food the other day and could not stop raving how good it was. We just went today and got the cauliflower and sausage curry strudel, the apple strudel and the spring roll sampler. I could not believe how tasty everything was. I can't think of any way to improve the food besides me ordering double so I have enough for another meal! 😂 We will definitely be going back often! Thank you chef Andrade for opening up a shop here in Amesbury!
We can't say enough good things about this! We go regularly for a healthy, tasty takeout option and have even done the private dining experience. Victor has been incredible and has always prepared the best food!
Great little plant-based bistro. As a vegan, it is difficult to find vegan options and this hit the spot. Chef Victor was friendly, it is a clean establishment with good food. He even lit a candle for our table. I will stop by on my next way through. Thank you, Chef!
Victor is quite the chef! Reasonably priced, exquisite cuisine - on par with any vegan spot I’ve been to bar none.
Came in for a quick late lunch, grabbed all the GF options which were cauliflower soup, the buffalo rolls, chickpea salad and the eggplant dinner special. (And 3 yummy looking GF/DF cookies). All excellent food. Cozy spot in town. Will stop by again
Went to Chef Victors bistro today for a spring roll fix and wow, it's even better than I remembered, so so so good. This will be a regular part of our rotation. We added the naan and eggplant lunch special and it was amazing. I love what he is doing with the bistro itself, plenty of setting and very welcoming. Come here and support and local small business!!
I’ve ordered from Chef Victor before but this time I got the sweet German bread and asparagus quiche to bring to my family Easter brunch and WOW it outshined all the other dishes. I’ll definitely be ordering from him for future holidays!
Both of my daughters are vegetarian, one is a vegan. It's honestly been difficult finding good, health vegan food that's not over processed. My cooking background is classic Italian, so finding a comfortable balance has been tough! When I found Chef Victor Andrade online, I was honestly skeptical. I never heard of him. But, my végane daughter was coming over for dinner and I wanted something special. I went to Chef Andrade's place in Amesbury to check it out. He greeted me kindly and explained his menu and services enthusiastically yet professionally.. I opted for the combo rice paper rolls. They came with 4 different dips-chilli lime, ranch, soy ginger and tarragon. They were all amazingly delicious! I still can't stop talking to people about how good this was! He also offers cooking classes! Chef Andrade has a bright future. I cannot wait to go back! My highest recommendation!!
This is my favorite spot in Amesbury! Each dish is made with such care and attention to detail. Using creativity and fresh ingredients, Chef Victor makes the most wonderful plant based dishes. My absolute favorite is the breakfast sandwich, the omelette is fluffy and beautiful, the cheese is nicely melted, and the veggies taste amazing with the sausage.Of course there are many other wonderful dishes to choose from, curry chickpea salad with homemade naan, crispy tofu cutlets, rice paper rolls (definitely try all of them), and amazing soups (white gazpacho on a hot day?? Amazing!) As a lifelong vegetarian and now vegan, I am so grateful to have such a wonderful plant based restaurant in Amesbury. Even if you aren't vegetarian or vegan, you will love the food here!! 10/10
